The Role

We're looking for an experienced accountant to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This is a fully remote position reporting to the CFO. We need someone available at least 4 hours per day, with hours spread across the week Monday through Friday.

What you'll do:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, process payroll, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records. You'll also prepare monthly financial reports, assist with budget management, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

What we're looking for:

·       Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

·       At least 5 years of experience as an accountant

·       Proficiency with Xero accounting software

·       Experience using Salesforce

·       Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
